Please note that we do not accept returns However We offer Exchange with in 7 Days after we deliver your order. We dont offer exchange for customized/ Altered Outfits. We encourage you to carefully review your order before making a purchase to ensure that the item you select is the correct size, color, and style that you desire.   1. Exchanges:

    • We accept exchanges for items that are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached) within 7 days of purchase.
    • To initiate an exchange, please contact our Whats-app(03111122389) customer service team to receive an exchange authorization number and shipping instructions.
    • The exchange shipping cost will be borne by the customer, and we recommend that you use a track able shipping method for your exchange.
    • Once we receive your exchanged item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our exchange policy criteria. If the item is approved for an exchange, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for exchanges:

  • Items that are on final sale
  • Items that have been worn or washed
  • Items that do not have their original tags attached
