At Bold Apparel, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. This privacy policy outlines the information we collect from our customers and how we use it.

We collect personal information such as name, address, contact information, and payment information from our customers when they place an order on our online clothing store or physical outlet. This information is necessary for us to fulfill orders and process payments. We also use this information to communicate with our customers regarding their orders and provide customer support.

Payment Information

We take at least 50% advance payment for urgent orders, party-wear, and customized orders. If the order amount is more than 10,000 or the address provided by the customer is incomplete, we will take 50% advance payment to proceed with the order.

Customers will be liable to pay full payment for customized orders. We do not offer returns or exchanges for customized orders.

If we dispatch an order on cash on delivery (COD) and due to any reason, we get the order back, we will not take any future orders on COD but on advance payment.

Delivery Policy

We strive to deliver orders as soon as possible without compromising on the product quality. Once the customer places an order, they will receive an email containing all order details. We confirm orders on WhatsApp numbers 03111122389. In case the customer does not reply to the confirmation text, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

After the confirmation of the order, we will process the order. If the product is not delivered within the mentioned time period, customers are requested to contact us at WhatsApp 03111122389 with the order number.

Please note that orders are only shipped on business days from Monday-Friday. If you need any special order or need to know the delivery fees outside Pakistan, you can contact us via email at boldapparel47@gmail.com or call us at 03237513288, and we will let you know the delivery cost to your location.

To avoid any delivery delays, please provide your full address along with your contact details. The courier company will try to contact you via the telephone number provided before arranging delivery. If unable to contact the customer, the courier company will return the parcel to Bold Apparel, and we will then try to contact the customer and arrange another delivery.

Payment Options

The payment options available to customers are cash on delivery, transfer through banks, Easy Paisa (03237513288), Jazz Cash (03237513288). Please note that all orders above Rs. 10,000 will have to pay at least 20% of the amount in advance.
